The cooking classes

Cooking classes can be arranged for a minimum of 6 people booking one month in advance (except August).

Cours de cuisine

The schedule goes as follows:

  • 9:00 AM: welcome
  • Introductions and programme
  • Preparation, with the chef, of the various dishes which will be savoured around 12:30 PM.

Chef Frederik Bizat will be happy to share his “tricks”, allowing you to replicate his recipes at home.

  • The meal is shared by all participants.

Cost:

90 Euros per person (tax included), including wines to marry the dishes. In February: “Truffle Day”. Please, inquire
